Workers at the Aroma factory in Bursa who walked off the job in protest against the collective bargaining process are at risk of being fired without compensation. Workers said that one of their friends was fired because of his social media posts. İbrahim Gül was dismissed without compensation for making critical posts. Gül’s lawyer said the decision was unlawful and amounted to intimidation of those seeking their rights. Workers continued their reaction with the statement “Aroma workers will not shut up”.
