The 35th hearing of the trial, known in the public sphere as the “KCK Press Trial,” in which 46 journalists and media workers are being tried on charges of “being a member of an organization,” “being an organization leader,” and “making organization propaganda,” was held at the Istanbul Çağlayan Courthouse. The Istanbul 3rd High Criminal Court decided to wait for the execution of arrest warrants issued against some defendants in previous hearings. The court also ruled that the statement of Yüksel Genç, General Coordinator of the Field Research Center, should be taken as part of the combined case file. The hearing was postponed until April 30, 2026.
