Murat Kapki, a businessman arrested within the scope of the IBB investigation, stated in his effective remorse statement that Murat Ongun and Hüseyin Köksal went to Greece by boat in 2024 and that 10 people, including Soner Yalçın, participated in this trip.
However, while reporting Kapki’s statement on August 7, Sabah newspaper omitted Soner Yalçın’s name and included the other 9 names. Earlier, Akşam newspaper had also removed Soner Yalçın’s name from the printed version of its website.
Thus, it was revealed that both newspapers censored the same name from their news.
