Anadolu University launched an investigation against 3 students for participating in the protests against the arrest of Ekrem İmamoğlu, IBB Mayor. Faculty of Pharmacy student Uygar Uğurlu and Faculty of Law students İbrahim Demiryürek and Deniz Tepe were charged with “leading an attempt to occupy the rectorate”. Students described the investigations as an attempt of oppression and intimidation.
