Police raided numerous homes in the Kızıltepe and Artuklu districts of Mardin on the morning of January 13. During the raids, many young people were detained on allegations of “making organization propaganda” and “violating Law No. 2911.” Police teams ransacked the homes during the searches. Those detained were taken to the Kızıltepe and Mardin Police Headquarters.
