H.K. and drag queen A.S., who were dancing in a nightclub in Izmir, were detained on charges of “publicly insulting religious values” and “obscenity”. Izmir Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office announced that an investigation was launched after the images were shared on social media. A.S. said that H.K. shared the footage and asked him to remove it.
