The Constitutional Court rejected the application for Taybet İnan, who was killed during the curfew in Silopi, Şırnak in 2015, due to the statute of limitations. The court did not evaluate İnan’s right to life application based on the autopsy report. However, the court ruled that the “right to respect for family life” was violated as the body was left on the street for a week and buried ex officio.
