The Governorate did not send visuals demanded by the Prosecutor’s Office within the investigation opened against the police officers applying torture against three children on February 15th in Hacıbekir District of Van, claiming that there is an absence of torture. No progress was made in the investigation against the torturer police officers within the time passed after the incident. On the other hand, the Security General Directorate targeted Can Bar Association due to making the criminal complaint against the police officers. The criminal complaint made against the Security General Directorate on the targeting remains unprocessed.
