The Adana 2nd High Criminal Court handed down its verdict on June 4 regarding former judge R.Ü., who was on trial on charges of membership in FETÖ. The court sentenced the defendant to 7 years and 15 months in prison for the crime of “membership in an armed terrorist organization.” The panel also issued an arrest warrant for the defendant.
