Former CHP Izmir MP Atila Sertel was issued an arrest warrant in a lawsuit filed against him for insulting former Dokuz Eylül University Rector and AKP MP Prof. Dr. Nükhet Hotar. Following the decision, Sertel announced that he testified at Ankara 58th Criminal Court of First Instance. In her social media post, she said, “I gave my statement to the criminal judge of first instance, there is no problem. I am going home,” he said.
