The first hearing of the lawsuit filed against the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) on the grounds of “concert expenses” was held on January 6. The lawsuit was filed based on the allegation that the municipality caused public damage through the concert events it organized. The parties were present in court, and the initial procedural steps regarding the case file were taken. Following the defenses, the court postponed the hearing to a later date to address deficiencies.
