In the lawsuit filed against journalist-writer Faik Bulut at Diyarbakır 4th Assize Court due to “organising and managing an illegal organisation”, the decree was announced and Bulut was acquitted. In the case file, Bulut had been charged based on his Democratic Society Congress (DTK) activities.
