Federation of Dersim Associations (DEDEF) President Ali Rıza Bilir has been detained. Bilir, who was reportedly present at the scene of the armed attack in the center of Dersim yesterday, was detained by the police. Bilir was taken to Tunceli Security Directorate and the reason for his detention has not been announced yet.
