Journalist Şule Aydın announced on Onlar TV that she and journalist Murat Ağırel had received a tip that there was a plan to attack them. Aydın said that journalist Timur Soykan received the tip and was informed that there were preparations for an attack on both journalists. Lawyer Hüseyin Ersöz announced that a criminal complaint had been filed with the prosecutor’s office. Ersöz shared the petition, which includes allegations against public officials, and stated that threats against journalists should be taken seriously and an effective investigation should be carried out.
