In the Bodrum district of Muğla, CHP municipal council member N.A. was detained on allegations of soliciting a bribe from a businessman. Following the businessman, who is a contractor, filing a complaint with the Bodrum Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, an investigation was launched, and Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime (KOM) teams detained N.A. It was alleged that N.A. demanded a bribe to open the road leading to the contractor’s construction site. The council member’s interrogation is ongoing.
