CHP Beykoz Municipality Councilmember Burak Korkmaz was detained for allegedly making false posts on social media. In the investigation initiated upon the complaint of Beykoz Deputy Mayor Özlem Vural Gürzel and Council Member Özgür Özçelik, Korkmaz was released on judicial control conditions after his statement. Signing and travel ban measures were imposed on him.
