The KCK trial of 38 Kurdish politicians, including former Azadiya Welat newspaper editor-in-chief and former HDP MP Tayyip Temel and former HDP Mardin MP Pero Dündar, was adjourned until December 23, 2025 due to deficiencies. Diyarbakır 2nd Assize Court ruled to await the execution of the arrest warrants issued against two defendants and to complete the testimony procedures abroad. Measure requests for their assets will be evaluated after the defenses.
