Within the scope of the investigation against Can Holding, former Şişecam Chairman and Managing Director Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kırman testified as a ‘suspect’.
Following his statement to the prosecutor’s office, Kırman was referred to the criminal judgeship of peace and was given a judicial control order with a ‘ban on leaving the country’.
It is reported that the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office continues within the framework of allegations regarding the financial activities of Can Holding.
