Academic and writer Emrah Gülsunar was sent to Metris Prison after being arrested for a survey he posted on his social media account.
His lawyers stated that Gülsunar was forced to sleep on the floor because there were not enough beds in his ward.
Lawyer Mehmet Can Seyhan called for Gülsunar’s immediate transfer to a suitable place on social media.
In his interrogation, Gülsunar stated that the survey he shared was not about Turkey, but about the debates in Venezuela.
