The union stated that Fenerbahçe University terminated Şen’s employment on October 27 without any legal basis. The statement reminded that, under the Security Investigation and Archive Screening Law No. 7315, foundation university staff are not subject to security investigations. The union emphasized that the dismissal was unlawful and demanded that Şen be reinstated immediately.
