İlave TV executive and street interviewer Arif Kocabıyık was released again after his arrest on May 7 on charges of “insulting the President”. Kocabıyık, who was previously released on May 14, was re-arrested on May 15 upon the prosecutor’s objection. His lawyer Ömer Furkan Dağ stated that the release decision was made on the grounds of “unlawful arrest”. An indictment was prepared against Kocabıyık and a lawsuit was filed.
