Media and Refugee Rights Association identified rights violations against refugees in 252 news articles between the dates December 14 and 20. According to the report, which compiled hate speech, discriminatory language, criminalising expressions, wrong information, exaggeration, repetition of victimhood and wrong use of visuals; the rights violations were seen most often in news including speeches of politicians.
