The Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) has blocked access to 29 video chat and dating apps. BTK President Ömer Abdullah Karagözoğlu’s decision dated August 20, 2025 was also approved by the court. According to Engelli Web, the blocked apps include popular platforms such as Mili, ChatU, Guitarly (Flirtify), Flamy, Lips, CuteU, Hi, Bird, Tantan, Omega, Zunder, Chemistry, Paktor, Derya, Azar, Tumile, LivU, SweetMeet and Chamet.
