Following the indictment prepared by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding allegations of “corruption” at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB), the website and X account that published the contents of the “Istanbul Indictment” had previously been made invisible from Turkey. The Istanbul 6th Criminal Court of Peace, in its decision dated November 15, 2025, numbered 2025/12716, blocked access to the domain name istanbuliddianamesi.com and the website (istanbuliddianamesi.com/tr) on the grounds of national security and public order, citing Article 8/A of Law No. 5651.
