Boğaziçi University Computer Engineering faculty member Prof. Dr. Tuna Tuğcu announced that an investigation was initiated by Trustee Rector Naci İnci for offering coffee to students. Tuğcu said, “My crime is offering coffee. What was I supposed to do, give money to cronies through tenders like them?” Tuğcu said. The investigation document cited “unauthorized use of an area leased to a private enterprise”.
