The Constitutional Court (AYM) received 686 thousand 484 applications between 2012, when the right to individual application was recognized, and 2025, and decided on 573 thousand 180 of them. In 79 thousand 565 cases, at least one violation of rights was found, while 4 thousand 552 of these violations were related to freedom of expression. The highest number of violation decisions was on the right to be tried within a reasonable time.
