In Ümraniye, Istanbul, 6 people who hung an unauthorized banner reading “Whoever does usury in this neighborhood will find us against them” were detained in a police operation. The Anti-Organized Crime Branch teams detected the banner that caused fear and panic among the public in Kazım Karabekir Neighborhood and arrested the suspects. The suspects were referred to the courthouse on charges of “threatening to create fear and panic among the public”.
