After the decree of stay of execution against the five-day blackout against TELE1 channel, which was issued by the Radio and Television Supreme Council, was reversed by the high court, the penalty started to be executed. The penalty was applied for the first time in the history of the Radio and Television Supreme Council within the current law against a national TV channel; with a 5-day blackout against the screens of Tele1 channel.
