Batman Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office started an investigation against the column of Cumhuriyet Daily writer Işıl Özgentürk, which she wrote after İpek Er was dragged to suicide and has been debated since. The investigation was sent to Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office due to “non-jurisdiction.”
