The first hearing of the lawsuit filed against Internet website Diken due to reporting news on the social media posts of Twitter Account Fuat Avni was held at Istanbul 22nd Assize Court. The website founder Harun Simavi, Editor-In-Chief Erdal Güven and former Managing Editor Semin Sezener were acquitted of the charge of “aiding an illegal organization.”
