5 of 14 people detained within the scope of the investigation into Ankara Metropolitan Municipality’s concert expenditures between 2021-2024 were arrested. The names, including former heads of the Department of Culture and Social Affairs, were sent to prison on charges of “bid rigging” and “embezzlement”. 9 people were released with judicial control.
