We were at Ayşe Düzkan and Ragıp Zarakol’s trial, in solidarity with Özgür Gündem.

As the number of lawsuits against the intellectuals who joined the substitute editorship campaign for solidarity with Özgür Gündem daily rises, the support grows too.  On September 20, the first hearing for writers Ayşe Düzkan, Ragıp Duran and Editor İnan Kızılkaya's trial took place in 13. Assize Court. We were at Çağlayan Courthouse to follow the trial. As İnan Kızılkaya has been held in isolation and were not allowed to see his lawyer, the trial was postponed to December 15. We will continue to follow the case.
