We were at the hearing of four Academics for Peace members, Esra Mungan, Meral Çamcı, Muzaffer Kaya and Kıvanç Ersoy, who were released recently after being arrested for signing the petition "We will not be accomplices!" and for reading the press statement. On the first hearing, the prosecutor changed the charges from "terrorist organization propaganda" to "insulting Turkishness, Republic, state organs and institutions", and court council had stopped the trial in order to ask for a permission from the Ministry of Justice. In the second hearing on September 27, President of Court Bülent Dalkıran decided to wait for the ministry's response and postponed the trial to December 22, 13:40.
