The Bartın Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office launched an investigation into Ş.Ç. and K.Ö., who were alleged to have earned income through a subscription system by sharing obscene images on Instagram and TikTok. Prosecutors charged the two suspects with “obscenity” and “laundering assets derived from crime.” Police searched the suspects’ homes and seized digital materials. The court arrested both people, imposed measures on their bank accounts and ordered access blocked to the relevant internet addresses.
