Access was blocked to an investigative file titled “The Medipol Empire,” a YouTube podcast recording, and X posts prepared by Haber Alternatif Editor-in-Chief Celal Eren Çelik about former Health Minister Fahrettin Koca and Medipol. The decision was issued under Article 8/A of Law No. 5651 on the grounds of protecting national security and public order. X made the posts unavailable in Turkey. A previous application by Medipol-linked institutions for an access block through an interim injunction had been rejected by a court.
