Hakan Savaş, a former official of the İYİ Party and the Zafer Party, was detained for a social media post claiming that “1,500 PKK members were secretly released.” Savaş was released on June 4 following proceedings at the Uşak Courthouse, subject to a travel ban preventing him from leaving the country.
