The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office arrested 25 people on May 22 as part of an investigation into Boğaziçi Facility Management Services Inc., a subsidiary of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Police transferred 60 people they had detained during the operation to the courthouse. The prosecutor’s office referred the suspects to the court on charges of bid-rigging, violations of regulations, and money laundering. The court issued judicial supervision orders for 8 individuals.
