The indictment prepared in the urban planning investigation targeting Burdur Municipality has been accepted. Prosecutors are seeking prison sentences ranging from six months to three years and six months for 49 individuals, including Mayor Ali Orkun Ercengiz, on charges of “abuse of office.” It was announced that the first hearing will take place on July 13.
