The first hearing in the case against 36 people detained during the 11th Istanbul Trans Pride March held in Acıbadem on June 22, 2025, took place at the 12th Criminal Court of First Instance at the Anadolu Courthouse. Eighteen of the defendants appeared before the judge, while it was decided that the hearings for the other 18 would be held on March 12. While the lawyers’ requests for a larger courtroom and SEGBIS recording were denied, warrants for the compulsory appearance of some defendants were issued, and the travel ban on three individuals was lifted. The hearing was postponed to March 12 at 10:30 a.m.
