Teams from the Iğdır Provincial Police Department’s Counterterrorism Branch detained a suspect named N.K. on December 28 on allegations that he praised ISIS on social media and made derogatory posts about the Republic of Turkey. Police raided the suspect’s home with the support of special operations teams. Numerous digital materials were seized during the search of the home. The suspect was taken to the police station.
