The case for the annulment of the CHP’s 38th Ordinary Assembly (November 4-5, 2023) and 21st Extraordinary Assembly (April 6, 2025) was held at the Ankara 42nd Civil Court of First Instance; the court did not make a decision. The judge requested the file of Ankara 26th Criminal Court of First Instance and ruled that the delegate list and merger minutes regarding the extraordinary congress on September 21 be sent from Çankaya District Election Board after the congress. During the hearing, requests for intervention were processed, academic opinions were entered into the file and there were arguments between the parties.
