BELTUR, a subsidiary of IBB, announced that it will file a criminal complaint and file lawsuits for “violation of the inviolability of the workplace”, “obstruction of freedom of work” and “disruption of public service” and will file lawsuits for material and moral damages after the sit-in protest staged by 3 dismissed former employees at the branch in Mecidiyeköy. In the company statement, it was stated that the employment contracts of the employees in question were terminated by the decision of the disciplinary board due to threats and discriminatory behavior, and that the action exceeded the limits of protest. BELTUR announced that no intervention could be made due to the lack of a private security unit and that the process is ongoing.
