The lawsuit filed against Co-Mayor Cevdet Konak due to his statements and social media posts after the appointment of a trustee to Dersim Municipality was postponed due to waiting for an investigation permit from the Ministry of Justice.
The lawsuit filed against DEM Party’s Cevdet Konak was held at Tunceli 2nd Assize Court. The court adjourned the hearing to July 1st to complete the legal procedure.
Along with Dersim Municipality, trustees were also appointed to CHP’s Ovacık Municipality on November 22, 2024.
