News about Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yasin Çetin, one of the academics who prepared the report on the cancellation of Ekrem İmamoğlu’s diploma, was blocked from access.
According to the Freedom of Expression Association, these news articles were blocked on the grounds of protecting national security and public order in accordance with Article 8/A of Law No. 5651.
The court that issued the decision and the number of blocked news articles were not disclosed.
