The fourth hearing of the lawsuit against Labour Party (EMEP) Executive Board member and Tunceli Provincial Chairman Mustafa Taşkale filed due to ‘illegal organization propaganda’ was held at Tunceli Assize Court.
Taşkale has been taken into custody during the house raids organized on 17 November 2016 together with 10 others including Tunceli Co-Mayors and other public workers; later arrested by the court he was transferred to. He was released in the first hearing of the case after staying in prison for six months. Charged due to his press statements, the proceeding of Taşkale will continue on October 5th.
