The indictment prepared after 6 Justice and Development Party (AKP) Parliament Members filed a criminal complaint against İlker Başbuğ due to his statement “If we said that the Fethullah Terrorist Organisation (FETÖ) has no political limb, it would be denial” in the TV show in which he participated, claimed an imprisonment sentence against Başbuğ for up to 4 years on the charge of “insulting a public official”.
