Former CHP Ankara Deputy Provincial Chair Yüksel Işık gave a statement to prosecutors following a complaint by the provincial administration that took office after a court ruling of nullity. The complaint accused Işık and the previous administration of damaging the party building and failing to hand over fixtures. Işık said he had given statements twice over two separate complaints and denied the allegations. He said they had not damaged the party building and that their struggle was not about protecting their positions but about defending internal party law and democratic principles.
