The Ankara 17th Heavy Criminal Court rejected journalist Yıldız Tar’s request to have her travel ban lifted in the trial conducted as part of the HDK investigation. Tar, who was detained ahead of the NATO Summit, was unable to attend the hearing. The court ruled that judicial supervision measures would continue and adjourned the case to November 24, 2026.
