The Contemporary Lawyers Association announced that during detention procedures ahead of the NATO Summit in Ankara, a client was pushed down stairs at the Ankara Counter-Terrorism Branch Directorate and a lawyer who intervened was assaulted. The association demanded that the responsible police officers be held accountable and reported that lawyers were prevented from performing their duties.
