IHD Ankara Branch announced serious violations of rights against young people detained in Ankara during the 10th anniversary commemoration of the Suruç Massacre. Approximately 50 young people were intervened by the police before reaching Güvenpark and detained in handcuffs behind their backs. During the detention, brute force was used, verbal harassment including insults and threats were used and a young woman was sexually harassed.
